MAISON THOUMIEUX CARDS
These cards highlight products developed for different areas of Thoumieux Hotel in France - the rooms and the restaurant. A close-up on the product in its final setting is one the front, while the reverse shows technical drawings in front, section and side views, technical specifications, concept sketches and includes a paragraph giving background on the project. A watermark on the glossy front of the card is based on the outline of the fixture.

STREETLIGHTS INSTALLATION CARD
To mark our installation at DOS architects offices for the 2011 Clerkenwell Design Week, we produced this large postcard printed with a close-up daytime view of the installation on one side, and with technical specifications and an explanatory paragraph about the collaboration on the other.

BARBICAN FOOD HALL AND LOUNGE BOOKLET
This publication is composed of two smaller booklets, which were produced to document the two areas of our work on London’s iconic Barbican Centre, the food hall and the lounge. Each booklet of photos of the finished site is bound in grey card printed with the technical specifications of the custom products used. The centre of the booklet opens into a double-page spread showing the front window of the Food Hall.

These product cards were developed for two elements of our project at the Barbican Centre in London, the lounge and the food hall. A large photograph on one side shows the products in their finished setting, while the reverse side in matte grey card is printed with technical drawings in front, section and bottom views, technical specifications, and includes a paragraph giving background on the project.

IRIS COCKTAIL BAR AND RESTAURANT CARD
Our work on the iconic rooftop bar Iris in Beirut is captured with this small A5 card, which features atmospheric photos of the bar at sunset on the front, while the reverse side is printed with the technical drawings and specifications, and an explanatory paragraph about the project.

MODERN DANISH WAREHOUSE CARD
This double-sided card was produced for an event in London where we participated in a pop-up gallery with our distinctive CM101-C chandeliers. The gloss side of the card, with a patterned watermark hinting at the shape of the fixtures, has a colour photograph of the setting, while the reverse is printed with a paragraph about the collaboration, and the event details.

GRAANMARKT 13 N.V. BOOK
This book brings together the different elements of a large project realized at Graanmarkt 13 in Antwerp. A smaller booklet was produced for each of the five project areas: entrance, boutique, staircase, restaurant and offices. Each booklet has a grey cover printed with the technical plans and drawings for the fixtures and is filled with coloured photographs of them in situ. The five booklets were then glue-bound into one cohesive whole.

Every month, we produce a new card featuring a product from our archive. Each card has one white glossy side printed with colour photographs of the product with a reverse matt grey side printed with the technical details.

MYBAR RESTAURANT BOOK
This booklet is defined by the division between images highlighting the product irregular shape and atmospheric shots of the restaurant space highlighting theregular overall lighting scheme. The pages are stitched in white thread along the dividing line between the two sets of images, at the mark separating a part of the elevation from the plan. The back of the booklet is grey card, printed with the technical section and plan drawings.

PRODUCTS ARCHIVE
This comprehensive library of all our products is carefully designed so that each category of products can be viewed as an individual booklet, while also existing as part of a cohesive whole. We have nine categories, ranging from wall mounted through ceiling recessed to surface lamps. Each category booklet features product photos and technical drawings, and the pages can be folded out individually or all at once.

BURGUNDY WINE SHOP BOOK
A booklet of glue-bound postcards featuring the custom-made chandeliers created for Burgundy restaurant in Beirut. The booklet is divided between the body of coloured photographs printed on white paper and its back cover, with the technical details printed on recycled matte grey cardboard.

AL DENTE RESTAURANT BOOK
A dual book featuring the tailor-made lighting fixtures created for Al Dente restaurant in Beirut. The book is divided into two booklets representing two longitudinal parallel areas; the main dining area and the bar secondary area. Colored photographs are printed on white paper and a grey card -featuring the areas’ elevations - separates the two books and functions as a cover for each.

PRIVATE OFFICES BOOK
Mirroring the layout of the project for which the lighting was created, this booklet contains two sets of images on the parallel spaces of the private office, leading to a central double-page spread representing the main conference room that joins them. Covered in grey cardboard printed with the projects' technical specifications, the booklet can be read in either direction.

MONTE-CARLO BEACH HOTEL BOOK
Representing the physical lighting concept that we created for this project, the booklet opens out into a long pamphlet proportional to the height of the lobby, with a central photograph showing the impact of our products in the space. The booklet can be viewed in multiple ways to reveal different images of the products. An inside cover in grey card shows the technical drawings and specifications of the fixtures.

This booklet was produced after the Milan Design Fair in 2009 where .PSLAB collaborated with PIUARCH MILAN on a temporary light installation. The booklet contains photographs of the installation at different times of day, with text explaining the concept. In this card, photographs of the custom-made lighting fixtures for an Egyptian-themed restaurant in Cairo are presented, backed by natural grey card printed with the technical specifications and drawings of the fixtures.

RE/DO PAMPHLET
This booklet was produced during our collaborative installation with PIUARCH MILAN during the 2009 Milan Design Fair. Following the same re-using concept of the installation, texts relating to the installation concept are printed on recycled pages from various magazines and other materials - paper and card, gloss and matte - and glue bound.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE BOOK-CARD
This booklet and card document the lighting scheme for the refurbishment of an old Victorian residence in London. The natural paper reflects the design mood of the project. The book's cover is printed with the design of the house's street front façade, and inside are photographs of the fixtures implemented over the three levels of the house. A supplementary card shows the garden side façade with a transparent view of the dining room fittings.

BEACH HOTEL CARD
A dual purpose card showcasing .PSLAB work and including a communication update. The card, elongated to mimic the setting of a hotel project, features a conceptual sketch of the façade on one side, and a photograph of a mock-up product setting on the other. PROTRUDING VOLUME CARD
To mark the completion of an extension to the .PSLAB offices in Beirut, a card was produced showing photographs of the finished space, and concept sketches. A detachable supplementary card explains the concept, and emphasises that these skills in customising spaces are what .PSLAB bring to our lighting solutions.

WALL OF LIGHT BOOK
Our fixtures for DOS architects offices are represented in this booklet through photographs, technical drawings and concept sketches. The booklet is stitched together with red thread - imitating the red cables that supply the fixtures - along a line that represents the point at which the fixtures are placed on the office wall.

Showcasing an archive fixture adapted for tree-mounting in a new project, this poster features technical drawings and photographs of the projector product taken on location, with descriptions about the concept and the manufacturing process. The poster's cut-out shape is a scale adaptation of the metal sheet that is rolled and welded to produce the finished conical fixture.

A poster for our Beach Hotel project, showcasing the three fixtures created for the hotel rooms. The poster folds three ways, showing each of the fixtures through a technical section and elevation on one side of the sheet, and photographs on the other. A supplementary card is included to emphasise on the hand-made, unique nature of the fixtures.

This poster is designed to reflect the qualities of the product it represents. Long and thin like the elegant floor-mounted fixture, with a slit whose width is that of the fixture's rod. Folded into place, it is sealed with a transparent sticker the exact size of the lamp.play movie.

MILIA M BOUTIQUE BOOK
The rails of this clothing boutique are arranged horizontally across the space, so that customers must make their way through the racks of clothes to discover the store. In this booklet, conceptual drawings and photographs of a mock-up installation are cut through at two points so that the viewer can leaf between the pages as they would between the garments.

ARMANI BOUTIQUE FALSE CEILING PROPOSAL
This booklet contains all the technical drawings and photographs of a mock-up installation of the product, but is also designed to imitate the products’ setting in a false ceiling system consisting of suspended metallic sheets. The card of the booklet bends along uneven lines to produce the same layering as the false ceiling, and turning the card into a book.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE CARD
A card for a private London residence that simulates the setting of the dining room with its distinctive architectural features, particularly a large glass front window divided by concrete elements. The card shows the custom fixture we designed for this space, along with a collage of other elements of the setting, like the tables and the staircase. A supplementary card is also added to emphasize on the site-specific, custom-made nature of the features, qualities which define .PSLAB’s work.

DENIM SHOWROOM POSTER
A poster of a clothing boutique project, focusing on the technical aspects of the fixtures. One side of the poster shows photographs of the custom-made fixtures in situ, the other has layers in different colours themed according to different technical qualities. The red layer shows the ceiling plan and ornamentation, the green layer shows the fixture in plan and section, the blue layer shows the degree of flexibility of the fixture, and the black layer shows the technical components of the fixture. A supplementary card announces the launching of .PSLAB new website.

This portrait poster focuses on the main insertion that we made in the space of this modern Oriental restaurant. Photographs of the finished product in the domed diwan seating area are featured, as well as photographs of the installation of these fixtures prior to plastering and painting.

TWIST AND LOCK MECHANISM BOOK
This booklet explains a whole family of fixtures, whose concept is original in the world of lighting design. The twist-and-lock system for spotlights mirrors the mechanism for a bayonet light bulb, with an outer body housing various inner bodies. The book contains sketches, photos and technical drawings explaining the inner body, with a leaflet featuring conceptual sketches and product variations. The way the leaflet and book fit together is a direct translation of the mounting mechanism.

SCENE01/SCENE02 INSTALLATIONS TWO BINDED BOOKS
We worked on two simultaneous installations in the same Beirut neighbourhood, and collated the materials into one booklet. Each booklet shows conceptual sketches and photographs from one installation, and the binding surface between both books features the plan and the relation between both locations. The format of the booklet reflects the geographical relationship between the two projects. One installation was perpendicular to the road and the other parallel to it, so one booklet is landscape and the other portrait.
